Official Rules:
The Promoter is JMATEK North America LLC. (JMATEK), 1 International Blvd., Mahwah, NJ 07495. The Promotion is a free One-Year Extra Warranty and is open to United States residents, aged 18 or over, who have purchased and registered a Honeywell Evaporative Cooler product at Jmatek.com on or after January 1, 2018. Employees of JMATEK or its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. To take part in this offer, participants simply follow the below instructions to participate:
- Write a verified review of your Honeywell Evaporative Air Cooler product (purchased on or after January 1, 2018) on the retailer website where you purchased from.
- Write an email to reviews@jmatek.com with the email, contact name, model number and serial number that you used to register your Honeywell Evaporative Cooler warranty in the past year
- Type the Email Subject name: “EACAutumn2018”
- Paste a proof of your product review in the email content (e.g.: a screenshot and link of the review you made at the retailer platform)

A confirmation email with a 1-Year Extra Warranty code will be sent back to the entrant within 10 days, upon successfully receiving the above required items. This code is valid to extend your original warranty by one year, from the date of your original purchase. Valid proof of purchase may be requested to verify the original warranty eligibility.
Late entries, entries missing required information, inappropriate, offensive, illegible entries or entries which don’t comply with these rules will be disqualified. There will be a one-year extra warranty certificate and/or code sent by email to the successful reviewer upon receiving all required information to register for this promotion. JMATEK reserves the right to change date and promotion terms at any time. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. All entries are subject to moderation by JMATEK. Obscene, inappropriate or offensive entries will be disqualified from the promotion. Review submissions close at 23:59 on 7th December, 2018 (Eastern time zone).
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. You understand that JMATEK may use your contact details for marketing purposes. Entry to this Promotion confirms that Participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
